Lyon’s Gate is a large, master-planned community consisting of 1,936 lots located in the Town of Gilbert, Arizona. Gilbert is a fast-growing sought out suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. Our community is made up of multiple floor plans from several builders that are sure to accommodate any size family. Lyon’s Gate has three community pools, eight playgrounds equipped with picnic areas and grills, a clubhouse which can be rented out by residents and countless greenbelts located throughout the community. Several times a year, Lyon’s Gate hosts community events which may vary from year to year. In recent years, we have held events such as a block party, Halloween party, neighborhood parades, movies in the park, chili cook-offs, potluck dinners, craft events, mini-malls, and many more.
